submitted by Shay N. - |Recommended: YesOverall Good Experience — Overall things have been good renting from Prestige Properties. We have been in 3 different locations over 5-6 years now with no major issues. Build quality has been good and the grounds have overall been well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond and the staff hears feedback and responds quickly. Occasionally parking has been an issue, however this is more due to the nature of the buildings and zoning and out of the control of Prestige.
